Looking to give your canvas prints a polished, gallery-worthy finish? At Artbeat Studios, we make it easy to elevate your art with our premium canvas float frames. Whether you're printing a fine art photo or a vibrant landscape, the right frame can enhance your image and complete the look of your space.

We Frame Our 1.5" Gallery Wrap Canvases

At Artbeat Studios, framing is available only for our 1.5" gallery wrap canvas prints. This ensures a clean, professional presentation that works seamlessly with our floating frame designs. Our thinner 0.75" canvas wraps are not compatible with our framing system.

Our Frame Options

We offer two classic wood float frames, designed to give your artwork a subtle shadow gap and the appearance that it’s “floating” within the frame. Each frame is crafted to fit snugly around your 1.5" gallery wrap, providing depth without overpowering the image.

1. Float White Frame

  • Color: Bright White

  • Size: 0.375" face width x 1.5" depth

  • Mounting: Wire hanger (no cleat hangers available for framed canvas prints)

  • Built with a 1/4" gap between the canvas and frame edge to create the floating effect

Best for:

  • Light, airy images such as beach scenes, florals, or minimalist photography

  • Art with a lot of negative space or pastel tones

  • Interiors with white or neutral decor

White frames create a clean, modern look that complements lighter prints without drawing attention away from the artwork. They’re a great choice for contemporary or coastal aesthetics.

2. Float Black Frame

  • Color: Deep Matte Black

  • Size: 0.375" face width x 1.5" depth

  • Mounting: Wire hanger (no cleat hangers available for framed canvas prints)

  • Built with a 1/4" gap between the canvas and frame edge to create the floating effect

Best for:

  • Bold, high-contrast imagery such as night photography or abstract art

  • Prints with strong blacks or dark shadows

  • Industrial, modern, or dramatic interior designs

Black float frames offer a sleek and striking finish, perfect for highlighting vibrant colors or creating contrast with bright artwork. They anchor the piece and add a gallery-style sophistication.

How to Add a Frame to Your Canvas Print

Adding a frame is simple! Just select your desired image and canvas size, then choose “Frames” under the Options tab before checkout. You can even preview your framed print in 3D using your own image, so you’ll know exactly how it will look on your wall.

Why Use Float Frames for Canvas Prints?

Float frames are ideal for canvas artwork because they:

  • Preserve the depth and texture of a stretched canvas

  • Create a shadow gap that gives visual separation from the frame

  • Offer a modern, frameless illusion while still providing protection

Whether you're decorating your home or preparing a piece for sale or exhibition, framing your canvas can take your print from casual to refined.

Choosing the right frame for your canvas print doesn’t have to be complicated. At Artbeat Studios, our white and black float frames are thoughtfully designed to pair beautifully with a wide variety of images. Consider the colors in your artwork and the mood of your space to make the perfect match.
