☀️ Solar Power: 134 MWh Generated in 2025

This year alone, our solar array generated an incredible 134 MWh of clean, renewable energy, bringing our total since installation to 561 MWh.

And the impact? It's huge.

What that means:

869,368 pounds of CO₂ emissions avoided
Environmental equivalent of planting 6,500 trees and letting them grow for 10 years
Energy to charge over 78 million smartphones
Power for 50+ homes for an entire year
Nearly half a million car trips to the grocery store worth of emissions avoided
986,742 miles driven on solar power that is enough to circle Earth almost 40 times or drive LA to NYC 350 times

♻️ Aluminum Recycling: 8 Full Dumpsters

This year, we recycled 8 full 40-yard dumpsters of aluminum! And if that number feels huge, that’s because it is.

Here’s what that really means:

Over 100,000 aluminum cans worth of material
Enough to give every fan at a major league baseball game a drink... twice
Enough aluminum to build 10 small airplanes
Enough material to create more than 4,000 bicycles
Over 30,000 pounds kept out of landfills (heavier than four grown elephants)

We moved into our brand-new, state-of-the-art 25,000 sq ft facility!

This expanded space has allowed us to:

Multiple new Zund CNC cutters for precision cutting with sub-millimeter accuracy
Major investments in color consistency technology that monitor and adjust continuously to ensure every print is flawless
Upgraded acrylic face-mounting and polishing equipment for cleaner results with fewer trapped particles
Brand-new fleet of Epson F9570H printers delivering top-tier quality and blazing-fast production
Full-size 48×96 inch heat press enabling our largest sublimation capabilities yet
